2. Eligibility: Users must meet the minimum age requirement as per their respective jurisdictions to engage with The Brawlclub. Membership is open to all, regardless of NFT ownership. However, to be eligible for prize rewards, participants must hold a valid NFT from our project.

3. User Conduct: All users are expected to maintain respectful and sportsmanlike behavior within The Brawlclub community. Any form of harassment, offensive language, or disruptive conduct will not be tolerated and may result in account suspension.

4. Brawling and Competitions: Participants are welcome to engage in brawling competitions without the requirement of owning NFTs. However, for certain prize-winning competitions, it is mandatory to possess a valid NFT from our project. The possession of an NFT will be verified prior to awarding any prizes.

5. Prize Distribution: Prize winners are solely responsible for providing accurate and up-to-date information required for prize distribution. Failure to provide necessary information may result in forfeiture of prizes. Prizes will be distributed based on the terms of the specific competition and in accordance with applicable laws.
